Elizabeth is a Canadian artist based in Saugeen Ojibway First Nation. Raised in London, Ontario Elizabeth studied Fine Arts at the local college, her intent was to further pursue a career in film as a storyboard artist, but family obligations did not permit such an intense vocation. The years of study turned into a real journey of what it means to be an artist in modern times.Her artist practice emphasizes a playful and bold colour palette, exploring and experimenting with acrylics and watercolours with themes related to her emotional inner world or the interpretation of the world around her.Her works can be viewed and purchased in the lakeshore town of Port Stanley, at The Art Emporium gallery space daily and during operating hours.
